Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Ohh Seaux Cute! We ship all of our orders via USPS or UPS. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Processing and Delivery Times

All in stock orders are processed within 2 business days. All PREORDERS are shipped per the shipping date provided in the product description. We recommend ordering PREORDER items separate from in stock items as we do not partially ship orders.

Standard shipping typically takes between 5-7 business days for destinations within the United States. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays may impact your estimated delivery date.

If you are experiencing a transit delay with either USPS or UPS, then we recommend you reaching out to the Logistic Carrier. Ohh Seaux Cute will not file claims on behalf of the Wholesale Customer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.
